Orthodontic Assistant

  • 1-3 years of orthodontic experience in a practice dedicated to a high standard of care
  • A reputation for having an excellent demeanor with patients and colleagues
  • Experience working efficiently and contributing as a team member

Performance Expectations:

  • Effective communication and accurate patient education
  • Ability to establish trust and provide care in all patient interactions
  • Excellent chairside assisting in four-handed dentistry
  • Acquire clear, diagnostic quality digital radiographs
  • Remain focused on a positive patient experience while performing job tasks
  • Attend continuing education courses as requested
  • Train other team members if/when necessary
  • Ability to maintain composure and professionalism when exposed to stress or adversity
  • Skilled use of standard office equipment
